With over 12 years of hands-on industry experience, he has worked with entrepreneurs and businesses across India and the GCC, bringing practical experience from accounting, taxation, consulting, operations and business development into his approach.
Shabab began his career as an Internal Auditor at VKC Footwear, gaining first-hand exposure to structured business systems across footwear manufacturing operations.
He later started Central Business Solution, an accounting consultancy and internal auditing firm, and co-founded a CA and CMA coaching institution. The firm evolved into A&T Alliance (Accounts & Tax Alliance), growing into an accounting and tax consultancy.
While working with clients, he increasingly focused on management issues, operational bottlenecks and growth strategies. His work expanded across manufacturing, marketing and export businesses, including garments and footwear businesses in Kozhikode, Tiruppur and Bangalore.
As demand grew from the GCC, especially Dubai, his work increasingly centred on root-cause analysis and practical business solutions. He completed his Master Certification in Business Excellence from IIM Kozhikode and A&T Alliance transformed into Businex Incorporation, headquartered at Hi-Lite Business Park, Kozhikode, with a strategic office in Dubai, UAE.
