Career Story
Shabab Ahammed’s career is defined by vision, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of business excellence. During his CMA Final studies, he began career as an Internal Auditor at the 6 footwear manufacturing companies under VKC Footwear Company, Calicut, Kerala — gaining first-hand insight into structured business systems. Soon after left VKC he started Central Business Solution, an accounting consultancy and internal auditing firm, while also co-founding one of the region’s first dedicated CA and CMA coaching institutions. Within three years, the firm evolved into A&T Alliance (Accounts & Tax Alliance), quickly becoming a leading accounting and tax consultancy with a growing client base. While serving clients, Shabab Ahammed made a pivotal observation: 75% of businesses were struggling, 20% had low growth, and only 5% were truly profitable and scalable.
During this journey, he realized that his true passion was not limited to accounting, taxation, or financial reporting. He made the bold decision to drop his CMA studies after a breakthrough realization — what truly inspired him was interacting with diverse business owners across industries and geographies, and
guiding them towards sustainable growth. He also recognized a critical gap: most SMEs lacked a guiding framework or structured business models to establish and scale their operations effectively. Motivated by his vision and applying the experience earned, he began advising clients beyond accounting — addressing management issues, operational bottlenecks, and growth strategies. His solutions were practical, experience-based, and immediately effective, especially for manufacturing, marketing, and export businesses, notably in garments and footwear from Kozhikode, Tiruppur, and Bangalore. His approach transformed small, disorganized operations into structured, vision-driven companies.
As his reputation grew, clients from the GCC — especially Dubai — sought his expertise. This expansion prompted him to focus heavily on root cause analysis of business challenges, delivering solutions that drove measurable results. Success stories multiplied, attracting more entrepreneurs eager for his growth strategies. To strengthen his framework, Shabab Ahammed completed his Master Certification in Business Excellence from IIM Kozhikode. With rising demand, A&T Alliance transformed into Businex Incorporation, headquartered at Hi-Lite Business Park, Kozhikode, with a strategic office in Dubai, UAE.
At the heart of Businex lies Shabab Ahammed’s proprietary BRIDGE Model of Business Growth, a structured system that combines strategic thinking with hands-on industry expertise to help businesses break growth barriers, streamline operations, and scale sustainably. Over 12 years, Shabab has worked with 1000+ entrepreneurs and 600+ businesses across industries, leaving a trail of transformed, thriving companies.
Every great company you know today — whether an MNC or a well-funded start-up — operates on a proven business model. They have clarity, systems, and structure that guide every decision. But here’s the reality: Most SMEs don’t. It’s not because the owners lack hard work or dedication. In fact, many small business owners work harder than corporate executives. The real reason is this: They take emotional decisions instead of professional ones, they get locked inside daily operational fires, and they don’t have a tested, repeatable growth system to navigate the future. Recognizing this fundamental problem, Shabab Ahmed, who regularly interacts with businesses and entrepreneurs, developed the Bridge System.
